In May 2008, the National Railway Museum marked 40 years since the end of British Railways' steam operations with the '1968 And All That' exhibition. 92220 appeared outdoors, but not in steam, sadly.

Photographed at Crewe locomotive works on 16th August 1967 where it was completing it's restoration. This is one of those locos that was destined for the museum from the day it was completed in march 1960.

Running through Heighington on 31st August 1975 in the Cavalcade of Locomotives marking the 150th Anniversary of the opening of the Stockton & Darlington Railway.
