I suspect this is Henschel & Sohn 25430/1952 that is actually a 0-4-0F rather than a 0-4-0T delivered to the YPF (Yacimientos Petrolloferas Fiscales), La Plata, Argentina 01/1953.in 1676mm gauge, along with H & S 25429/1952 that became their No. 1, and was under repair in 2006.
