Based on Google Street View, as of November 2024, this locomotive is no longer at the shopping center she had been on display at. While I cannot confirm it, it is possible that she has been moved to the Brooks Locomotive Works (a steam restoration organization), also in Georgetown, California. Or it is possible that she has been moved to another unknown location that I personally am unaware of. But she is definitely no longer at the shopping center in Georgetown.

This engine was owned for a number of years by Arthur LaSalle who carted it all over the south. It was  in Feyett, MS when he sold it to interest in California, I think, sometime in the mid 1980s.

This locomotive is probably part of the collection of the "Canyon Creek Narrow Gauge Railroad Association" which is trying to resurrect the Pino Grande logging line over the Georgetown Divide.

Either this one or the image I just uploaded is a dupe.  They are the same engine.  One of them should be dropped from the database.
