Initially supplied to the emerging Ottoman Railway as an 0-6-0T locomotive in Basra as No. 5, it joined the IRR (Iraqi Railway) in 1919 as their No. 405 and was given a six-wheeled tender. It is/was at the West Station,Baghdad in 1967 and prior to more recent events.
