An unidentified 2-6-0. I can find no history on this locomotive. In the late 1970s it was an operating steam locomotive at the Caracas Museo Transporte. Appears to be 24 inch gauge and is oil fired. It was painted as Shell number 2 and had CDC on the cab side. CDC was Colon Development Company, another of Shells companies in the Maracibo area. Maybe used on the 24 inch gauge 11 mile railway owned by Shell. The Ferrocarril San Lorenzo - Mene Grande from their refinery to the oil field.

Now operates tourist trains at a Rum distillery outside of Caracas. Appears to use the same carriages from the Museo Transporte. The railway full title is Hacienda Santa Teresa, El Consejo, Estado Atagua. Runs from a station building named El Consejo on the distillery estate. The original El Consejo station was 50 miles away from Caracas. So not sure if the old station building has moved here or more likely a replica has been built.
