The former Dinorwic Slate Quarry Hunslet 0-4-0ST Works No. 1429 "Lady Joan", has since been withdrawn from service and is awaiting a heavy overhaul and has been sold to a new owner and is expected to leave the Bredgar & Wormshill Light Railway to its new home very soon.

One of two locos built to a new design for working at Port Dinorwic in Wales. In 1961 it was altered in Gilfach Ddu workshops, Llanberis for work in a quarry. 1967 sold into preservation. Has worked at Woburn Abbey & Whipsnade Zoo. It is owned privately but kept at Bredgar & Wormshill railway.
