The cosmetic restoration on former NCB Frances Colliery, Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST (Works No. 2259) No. 30, has now been complted and the locomotive has been returned back on display at Lochore Meadows Country Park in Lochgelly in Fife, Scotland.

The former NCB Frances Colliery Andrew Barclay built 0-4-0ST No. 30 has been moved to Smeaton Engineering at Kirkcaldy in Fife for a much needed cosmetic restoration which will take a year to do.
