I have heard from some sources that this engine was built in 1969 to 1972.

This locomotive did burn oil for a time, it was also fitted with a lempor exhuast straight stack and later a balloon and from what I have heard it is back to coal.

No, #9 has _not_ been converted to burn biodiesel. Was just there. Saw them shovel the coal, saw the cinders. Not oil at all.

This locomotive was recently converted from burning coal to burning biodiesel oil. change coal to oil.
