This locomotive was delivered to NÖLB as their No.1 (1899 - 1906) and renumbered to U.5 (1905 - 1922). It became DRB No. 99 7821 (1938 - 1945) suceeded by ÖStB (1945 - 1953), and finally before initially being preserved at Mittersill on the Pinzgaubahn, as ÖBB No.298.55.

Current location: Displayed outside Vötter's Sportkristall Hotel, Schloßstraße 32, 5710 Kaprun
