Do not adjust your set! This may look like a diesel, and it is clearly meant to look as non-steam as possible, but just look under the cab and there's the tell tale cylinders. Designed for use in the OMV oil refinery, No 4 is the last of the type to be delivered (its the nearer of the two parked in the siding here). Phil Horton, who took the photo believes that the 4 locos are unique to the oil refinery at Schwechat near Vienna. This one is the last steam loco to be built in Austria and therefore, like all the 'Last Built' locos is a historic item. All the fireless locos were retired in 1998 and went to Strasshof.
