No.12 is a 2-6-0, but was originally built by Baldwin as an 0-6-0ST saddle tank, class 6-16D-36 dwg15 Const. No.14275 and was imported by the Cia Mechanica & Importadora and delivered to the Ceramica Sao Carlense April 1895 named "C. Joaquin Procopio". It was sold to the Perus Pirapora in 1942 or 1957. It is not known when she lost her saddle tank and gained a tender and pony truck. She was still in operation in 1972. Shortly after the railroad ceased operations the engine was donated or sold to the city of Dumont where it is currently on display, without tender. She has 11"x16" cylinders, the 32" dia. boiler worked with 150 lbs. boiler press. She has 33" diameter drivers and 7ft4" rigid wheel base and weighed 18 tons in working order.
