I suspect this is Henschel & Sohn 25429/1952 that is actually a 0-4-0F rather than a 0-4-0T delivered to the YPF (Yacimientos Petrolloferas Fiscales), La Planta, Argentina 01/1953.in 1676mm gauge, but then un-numbered; along with H & S 25430/1952 that became their No. 4.
