I visisited this locomotive in November 2013. The paint looks great, and it has a cover over it. I think it could be restored, to be honest.

Although not shown in the photo this locomotive now has a nice wood cover over it, helping to protect it from the nasty weather of the area. It looks complete, although it definatly needs a paint job.
