Barclay’s works list has the wheels at 1’10”, which matches the picture better.

The cylinder size was 6in x 12in and the wheel diameter 3ft 5in. It was used by Hardy y Cia at Ingenio Las Palmas del Chaco. (from 1909 S.A. Ls Palmas del Chao Austral) Ref Industrial Railways of Argentina Reg Carter 1997
