Satsop #1 was donated to MRSR by the Outlet Collection Seattle (formerly the "Super Mall"). It is being cosmetically restored to its ca. 1890 appearance and will be on public display at our new logging museum in Mineral, WA.

Porter C/N 681 built June 1985 for Satsop RR (logging), originally named "Currie" but soon changed to "C. F. White".  Used on the Washington Southern RR, the Simpson Timber Co, and the Peninsular Rwy Co, all in Washington.  Restored by Dave Skagen in 1985.  9 1/2 by 14 inch cylinders, 33 inch drivers, originally 140 psi, giving 4550 lbs tractive effort.
