I visited Auto Coach and Engine at Burr Hill in 1992 and saw the remains of PEPCO 3. The engine had been dismantled and trucked to Burr Hill. I examined the remains and removed the Builders Plate #11722. I was employed by PEPCO at the time.

Progress! The locomotive was sold to the Autocoach and Engine Co. of Burr Hill, VA in the early-to-mid 1970s. I have an information request in to the company and they're going to determine where the locomotive is now.
