Stathi Pappas reported on the Facebook page of his Stockton Locomotive Works that this locomotive has been traded as of March, 2017 to Steven Butler of Morton Locomotive and Machine.

This locomotive is owned by Stathi Pappas and is being rebuilt in his company shops, Stockton Locomotive Works. Firebox patches are going in and form 4 is complete.

When was the current photo taken? I saw a photo of a boiler in oregon and it was this exact boiler.
