The photo clearly shows DT 651 which I saw at Beigang in 2019 but location uncertain as I have also had quoted as Beigang, Temple in Dongshih township.

DT 664 is correct, is Kawasaki 2469 of 1941

Actuary, its real number is DT664, not DT654.
