No. 16 is currently being re-tubed but No. 2 is still suspected to return to service sooner.

The 16 will be getting restored, the #2 is going before we redo the 16

We are not planning on restoring the Henschel I believe we are selling it, their is no place big enough for an adult to get in the boiler so that is why.

No. 16 is now on display at South Station awaiting boiler repairs.

This engine pulls 2 coaches and one caboose at the rear of the train that goes around track that  does a circular swoop around part of the town. Also it shares the three cars with a shay and a 4-6-0 that run at the railroad too.

One more thing: It is actually 900mm gauge, which closely matches 36" gauge.

Built by Henschel & Sohn (Germany), C/N #27123. Empty weight and weight on drivers is 36,000 lbs. (18 tons). Fuel is coal.
