During my recent visit to the Southern Forest Hertitage Museum the tour guide led us around the property and we were able to see all three steam locomotives that they own. This particular engine is still housed in the belt driven machine shop as in the photo posted. This particular engine is said to be in the best restorable state of any of the three they have. The tender however has been stored outdoors for many years.

The belt driven machine shop is still operational and operates a couple times a year. This is a great place to visit if you like to see how machines use to work.
