This locomotive is actually ex-T&NO 842, not 841. It operated at the Green Brothers gravel pit south of Franklinton, La and was moved when a new pit was opened north of Franklinton at Clifton, LA. The locomotive never operated at Clifton. The mistake in renumbering came when the engine was moved to Vaughn, MS.

The former Pickens depot at Vaughn, MS is also no longer in place. All signage relating to the Casey Jones site has been removed as well. The abandoned (previous) Casey Jones Museum and Post Office are deteriorating rapidly but are still standing.
