Delivered to the NÖLB as No. 22 in 1905, it was renumbered by them in 1908 as No. Delivered to the NÖLB as Uv.3 until 1922, whereupon it became BBÖ No.Uv7. It passed to the DRB as No. 99 803 (1938 - 1945) and ÖStB (1945 - 1953). From then until retirement it ran as ÖBB 298.207 and is now owned/operated by Eisenbahnclub Mh.6, Ober Grafendorf in the former Zf ÖBB/NÖVOG Zf roundhouse, outside St Pölten.
