"AJAX" is on display at the Technisches Museum in Vienna. It was used on the Kaiser Ferdinands-Nordbahn Austria until 1874 when it was withdrawn but not scrapped. It was at the Austrian Railway Museum in storage until that museum closed and was transferred to its present location in 1992. It is said to be the oldest preserved locomotive in mainland Europe.
