Delivered to the NOLB in 1906 as their No. 50, it was renumbered Mh.1 (1908 - 1922) retaining that identity in BBÖ (1922 - 1938) whence it became DRB No. 99 1111 (1938 - 1945), then ÖStB (1945 - 1953). The ÖBB inherited this locomotive in 1953 as their No. 399.01, the identity it retained into the NÖVOG fleet in 2010.
