The restoration of the BDŽ 465.60 (Henschel 15052) was not carried out due to excessive damage. The boiler, which is still in good condition, will be used for the planned restoration of the BDŽ 458.60 (Henschel 16013). Nothing is known about the whereabouts of the remains.

Henschel 15052 was assigned the HF number 1039 by the German Heeresfeldbahn. upon delivery at tgeir Reserve Park, Berlin. In 1919 the locomotive came into the inventory of the Bulgarian State Railways, which classified it as BDŽ 1039. In 1936 she was assigned the number BDŽ 46560 and was used on the Struma Valley Railway around Dupnica. From 1942 the locomotive was used in the Rila Mountains together with two other brigade locomotives (Henschel 14255 and Henschel 16020). During the Second World War, not far from a monastery, a small hydroelectric power station was built there under German management. A separate field railway was built for the transport of materials. After the completion of the construction work, due to the adverse road conditions, the light railway was used until the 1960s to transport visitors to the monastery and to transport wood to the sawmill in Rila and the paper mill in Kocerinovo. In 1960 the railway was shut down and the locomotives were parked. The 46560 was erected as a memorial at the Kocerinovo paper mill before a short train, where it was parked until the late 1990s. Then the locomotive was taken over by the "Association for the Promotion of Small and Local Railways", which was based in the Schwechat Railway Museum, Austria until 2019. The locomotive is currently undergoing long-term refurbishment.
