Would I not be correct in thinking that the origins of this locomotive prior to it’s service with ÖBB from 1945 is:- Südbahn (from delivery); BBÖ (from 1923 as No. 629.101 - another 85 class examples numbered 629.01-85 were supplied to the kkStB/BBÖ 1917-1927); and DR during WW2? This locomotive was NEVER kkStB as this was a separate company until formation of the Austrian State Railways in 1923, though I do appreciate that their subsequent numbering system is confusing!
