The "Alco-Cooke Construction Number List" indicates that Construction Numbers 1857 through 1870, Road Numbers 25,26 and 7 through 18, were shipped to the "Fort Worth & Denver City RR" during January of 1888. All of them were identified as being "Passenger" type locomotives.
